2.   Shri. Ramesh Ved: B. Com (Hons.), FCA, ACS, ACMA, has over 36 years' experience in Corporates like Castrol India, Welspun Corp, Bombay Dyeing, Everest Group and ETC India Group as Director / Group CFO / CFO / Head Supply Chain. Currently he is independently managing his consultancy firm engaged in Financial & Corporate Advisory and CFO Services. He is Director of the bank for the last 6 years.

3.   Shri. Chandrakantbhai Ashar: B. Com (Hons.), L.L.B, CAIIB, has 34 years’ experience in Bank of India and held various senior positions like Deputy Zonal Manager handling 86 Branches. He is a promoter director of Bhatia Bank and has been instrumental in completion of various formalities vis-a-vis RBI and Cooperative societies.

4.   Shri. Madhubhai H Ashar [Anjaria]: has 51 years’ experience as electrical engineer. He is proprietor of Madhu Electricals. He is associated with Lions Club [Vidyavihar] for last 25 years. He is a member of PWD Committee of Electrical License department. He is president and founder member of Licensed Electrical contractors Association of Maharashtra. He is a Chairman of Federation of Electrical Contractor of Mumbai. He is a founder member of Rajawadi Shopkeepers Association.

5.   Shri. Vanrajbhai Lilani: B.E. [Mechanical] from Mumbai University has 50 years’ experience in industrial engineering and manages his factory named Fabritex at Lower Parel. He is from business family and owns Textile showroom at Dadar, Mumbai. He is committed to social welfare and is trustee of Seth Keshavji Jadhavji Trust, Ladkabai Trust, Seth Karsandas Natha Trust and Seth Purshottamdas Karsandas Sanatorium Trust.

6.   Shri. Kishanbhai Gajaria: B.Com from Mumbai University. He has building material supply business and he is manufacturer’s representative for plastic bags in the name of Super traders. He is involved in various social activities. He is a Secretary of Shree Bombay Kanthi Bhatia Mahajan, trustee of Seth Shree Virji Madanji Charitable Trust, trustee of Shree Virji Madanji Bhagirathi trust and Treasurer of Building Material Traders Association of Ghatkopar. He is Director of the bank for the last 8 years.

7.   Shri. M. B. Jambhekar: CEO of Shreeji Bhatia Cooperative Bank Limited is M.Com, C.A.I.I.B and has worked as Middle Level Manager [ll] for 19 years, as CEO of Sangli Sahakari Bank for 3 years, as CEO of Jain Sahakari Bank for 8 Years, as CEO of R S cooperative Bank for 5 years and as Head of Bancassurance [Maharashtra] at ShriRam General insurance for 18 months.
