Activities
On receiving application Bhatiya Mahajan also provides cash help, medical aid and educational expenses to the applicant
Guest house are provided to Bhatiyas at nominal rent.
Bhatiya Yagna Shala is also rented to Bhatiyas at nominal rent for their family and religious functions.
During the year several Gaam Goths and Lahni distribution are done by Bhatiya Mahajan from the contribution received from the doners.
Events throughout the year
Get-together
Get-together of Bhatiya community on Diwali. On the occasion of New Year eve students felicitation with cash and gifts useful in education. Elders of 75 years and above are honoured by Bhatiya Mahajan with shawl.
Shree Mahaprabhuji
Every year Bhatiya Mahajan celebrate Shree Mahaprabhuji’s Birthday on Chitra Vad 11 On this occasion worship and bhajan ceremony is performed by Bhatiya Stree Mandal and other ladies of community Prasad (SAMUH BHOJAN) is organized for entire Bhatiya community. This event is organized from the interest income of a specific donation/ fund received for this event from late Shri Ebji Gopalji Ashar & others.
SAMUH LAGNA and SAMUH JANOI
On Vaishakh Sud 3(AKHATRIJ) Bhatiya Mahajan conducts SAMUH LAGNA and SAMUH JANOI from the interest income of fund donated by late Seth Shri Gokaldas Khimji Muscatwala
ADHIK MAAS Samuh Prasad and LAHNI
In every ADHIK MAAS Samuh Prasad and LAHNI distribution is done by Bhatiya Mahajan from the interest income of fund donated by Tha. Dhanjibhai Ranchoddas Mankarmi.
Bhagwat Saptah
The year in which ADHIK MAAS comes Bhatiya Mahajan organizes Bhagwat Saptah from the interest of the specific fund donated by several doners.
Navratri Mahotsav
Bhatiya Mahajan also contributes by cash and kind for Navratri Mahotsav organized by Bhatiya Stree Mandal
New Year SAMUH BHOJAN
On the first Sunday falls after Diwali New Year SAMUH BHOJAN is organized by Bhatiya Mahajan from the interest of the specific fund donated by late Shri Mavji Kalyanji Ashar and others
Household kit distribution
A household kit is distributed quarterly by Bhatiya Mahajan to the needful families of Bhatiya community from the fund received from several doners.
